Public Offer for Information and Analytics Services

1. Parties and Acceptance

1.2. User: an individual using https://sportevrica.com and/or purchasing access to Sportevrica features.

1.3. This document is a public offer. Payment for a subscription, account registration, clicking a payment button or other actual use of paid access means full acceptance of this Offer, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1.4. Before payment, the User confirms that they have reviewed the service description, price, subscription term, Service limitations, refund rules and personal data processing terms.

2. Definitions

2.1. Service means the Sportevrica web platform at https://sportevrica.com, including the interface, data, algorithmic calculations, statistics, analytics materials and user account.

2.2. PRO Access means a paid subscription providing extended access to match analytics, statistics, leagues, prediction markets and other digital features available on the website.

2.3. Billing Period means one calendar month from PRO Access activation, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2.4. Digital access is deemed provided once the subscription is activated in the User account after payment confirmation by the payment provider.

3. Subject Matter

3.1. The Provider grants access to information and analytics materials and Service features: football statistics, calculated probabilities, predictive models, analytical summaries, match history, tables, bookmaker odds lines and other digital materials.

3.2. Services are provided remotely in electronic form. No physical medium, individual consultation, guaranteed outcome, bet, wager, winnings or income is provided.

3.3. The User makes their own decisions based on the information received and bears the risk of those decisions. Service materials are not an invitation to gamble and do not guarantee any sports event outcome.

4. Price, Payments and Subscription

4.1. Payment is made in advance via payment methods available on the website, including Robokassa and/or other connected payment providers.

4.2. The subscription is activated after successful payment confirmation by the payment provider. If payment is not confirmed, access is not provided.

4.3. As of this version, the subscription does not renew automatically. A new billing period is activated only after a new payment, unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

4.4. The Provider may change prices for future purchases. The already paid period remains available on the paid terms.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

5.1. The User understands and agrees that PRO Access is a digital service that starts immediately after subscription activation.

5.2. After successful payment and PRO Access activation, payments are non-refundable because the User receives immediate access to digital content and the service is considered started/provided to the relevant extent, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

5.3. A refund may be reviewed if, due to the Provider's fault, the User objectively did not receive access to the paid functionality and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time. Requests must be sent to support@sportevrica.com from the account email with payment number and issue description.

5.4. The following are not grounds for refund: disagreement with a prediction or match result, lack of expected profit, change of mind after access activation, inability to use the Service due to User violations, User bank/payment method/device/internet issues, or restrictions caused by law or payment provider rules.

5.5. If mandatory law requires a refund, the refund amount may be reduced by the value of services actually provided, granted access period, payment provider fees and other Provider expenses to the extent permitted by law.

6. User Obligations

6.1. The User must provide accurate data, keep account credentials confidential, not transfer the account to third parties and not use the Service unlawfully.

6.2. The following are prohibited: automated data collection without permission, bypassing access limits, resale of materials, publication of closed analytics, interference with the website, unauthorized access attempts, and use of the Service in jurisdictions where such use is unlawful.

6.3. If the User uses Service materials in connection with betting, they do so independently, at their own risk, and only if they are of legal age and located in a jurisdiction where such activity is permitted.

7. Provider Rights and Obligations

7.1. The Provider must grant paid access after successful payment and maintain Service availability subject to maintenance, updates, data provider failures, hosting/payment provider failures and force majeure.

7.2. The Provider may change features, interface, data sources, algorithms and free/paid access limits, provided this does not deprive the User of the basic paid PRO functionality for the already paid period.

7.3. The Provider may restrict or terminate access in case of Terms violations, suspected fraud, security risk, payment dispute, chargeback or competent authority request.

8. Data, Predictions and Liability

8.1. Sports statistics, lineups, odds, injuries, schedules and other data may be received from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, omissions or subsequent changes.

8.2. Predictive models are probabilistic estimates based on available data and do not guarantee match outcomes, profit, subscription payback or any economic result.

8.3. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, betting losses, investment decisions, payment method restrictions, third-party actions or consequences of the User's independent decisions.

8.4. The Provider's maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the latest paid period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Personal Data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Sportevrica Privacy Policy published on the website. The User confirms they reviewed it before registration and payment.

9.2. To perform the agreement, the Provider may process email, name, account identifiers, authentication data, subscription details, payment statuses and technical access data.

10. Changes

10.1. The Provider may update this Offer. A new version applies to new purchases and new subscription periods from publication on the website, unless a later date is specified.

10.2. If a change materially worsens the terms of an already paid period, it will not apply to that period without the User's consent, except where required by law, payment provider requirements, security reasons or data provider requirements.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1. The laws of the Russian Federation apply, unless mandatory laws of the User's country of residence provide otherwise.

11.2. Claims must be sent to support@sportevrica.com. The response period is up to 10 business days unless another period is required by law.

11.3. In case of discrepancies between Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
